Life for all of us I think is based on what i would call 'crossroad moments' and one such crossraod moment for me was discovering Music Sequencing and Digital Sound Recording software.
This enabled me as a writer to not only write and record myself, but also to create soundscapes with what is these days a seemingly endless pallette of sounds and software instruments.

"Like all of us, music at school. Key early influences, my precious father singing to me as far back as i can remember, a ukulele on his knee. His brothers, my uncles drum and double bass players and record shop owners. My first serious instrument to learn, the clarinet. This instrument taught me not only technical skills on an instrument, but also the discipline and application necessary to achieve a standard of playing to enable my soul to sing melodically.
